Getting started / 开始游玩
Select New Game, choose a character, then tap Start Game. The gameplay tutorial is available in Settings. No account or internet connection is required to play.
选择“新游戏”，选好人物后点击“开始游戏”。设置中可查看玩法教程。游玩无需账号或联网。
Purchases / 购买方式
One purchase includes the complete game. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or ads. Skills and higher difficulties unlock through gameplay.
一次购买包含完整游戏，无应用内购买、订阅或广告。技能与更高难度通过正常游戏进度解锁。
Saved progress / 保存进度
Progress is saved on your device. Use Continue to resume a saved run. There is no in-game cloud save or cross-device sync. If you encounter a save problem, contact us before deleting the app, as uninstalling may remove local progress.
进度保存在本机，可通过“继续游戏”恢复已保存的一局。游戏没有云存档或跨设备同步。若存档异常，请先联系开发者，避免直接卸载导致本地进度丢失。
Support emails are received and used to respond to your request. This page has no forms, analytics, or tracking.

2. 我们不收集个人数据
游戏不会收集、上传或出售你的姓名、邮箱、位置、通讯录、照片、广告标识符或其他个人数据。没有账号系统，没有分析 SDK，没有广告，也没有第三方追踪。
3. 只保存在你设备上的内容
进度、设置、人物经验和局内存档只写在本机。卸载应用后，这些本地文件通常会被系统删除。我们无法从远程查看或恢复它们。
4. 购买
本应用采用一次购买的付费下载模式，不含应用内购买或订阅。App Store 购买付款由 Apple 处理，我们不会收到你的银行卡信息。
5. 权限
游戏不使用相机、麦克风、相册或精确位置，也不请求跨 App 追踪。
6. 儿童
本应用不是专为 13 岁以下儿童设计的。由于我们不收集个人数据，也不会有意向儿童收集信息。
7. 政策更新
若实际数据处理方式发生变化，我们会更新本页并修改生效日期。继续使用应用即表示你了解更新后的政策。

1. Who we are
This policy applies to the iOS app Last Shot: Duel (bundle ID com.lastshot.game), provided by an individual developer. Contact: gilka1456@gmail.com.
2. We do not collect personal data
The game does not collect, upload, or sell your name, email, location, contacts, photos, advertising identifier, or other personal data. There is no account system, analytics SDK, advertising, or third-party tracking.
3. Data stored only on your device
Progress, settings, character experience, and run saves stay on your device. Uninstalling the app usually deletes these local files. We cannot view or restore them remotely.
4. Purchases
This is a one-time paid download with no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Apple processes the App Store purchase payment. We do not receive your card details.
5. Permissions
The game does not use the camera, microphone, photo library, or precise location, and it does not request tracking across apps.
6. Children
This app is not directed at children under 13. Because we do not collect personal data, we do not knowingly collect information from children.
7. Changes
If our data practices change, we will update this page and the effective date. Continued use of the app means you are aware of the updated policy.
